My Company is 5 today!

Half a decade ago today, I incorporated my business. I thought it would be rude not to acknowledge it on the ol’ blog.

So much has happened in the last 5 years in my company including:

• Surviving a pandemic
• Surviving market downturns
• Thriving in 2023 while the tech industry collapsed on itself

Set Studio is going from strength to strength and I’m so proud of everyone involved, especially Leanne, Jason and Liridon: the all-star team we have. A huge thanks to everyone that’s supported the company over the years too. You know who you are 💜

What’s the next 5 years look like?

Steady, slow and sustainable growth is what I’m always shooting for. It’s how we’ve survived the last 5 years. I do want to push a bit harder in 2024 though and try to double the size of the team. I also want us to produce truly industry-leading work and for Set Studio to be the agency everyone wants to work with.

We’ve certainly got the skills to do that — I just need to find us clients that will give us the context to really show what we’re made of. We’re also dipping our toes into more educational stuff too.

On to the next 5 years!
